  A couple of hunters (Bubba and Billy Bob) are out in the
  Louisiana woods when Billy Bob falls to the ground. He doesn't
  seem to be breathing and his eyes are rolled back in his head.
  Bubba whips out his cell phone and calls 911.  He gasps to the
  operator,  "My friend is dead! What can I do?"
 
  The operator, on a calm soothing voice says, "Just take it easy,
  I can help you.  First, let's make sure he's dead."
 
  There's a silence, then a shot is heard.
 
  Bubba's voice comes back on the line, "Ok, now what?"
