if you don't live in dunedin you won't get this, but that's okay you get
to indulge me this once.  just to explain a little speedy was the town's
"crazy guy", you know the one that every smallish town has that everyone
both makes fun of and is protective of at the same time?

i still remember speedy running around in circles laughing with a bottle
of cheap wine in each hand ... i think that was a christmas eve ...
