It requires Flash but it works properly on Linux so it shouldn't be a 
big deal under a "normal" OS.  :-)

Well I got out of my driving on a suspended license charge by the skin
of my teeth.  I got a lawyer, cost me $750 bucks, and he confirmed to me
that Northern Virginia judges love nothing more than to send people to
jail for driving on a suspended license.  So after he instilled the fear
of god into me, he told me to show up to court in a suit, bring a copy
of my dismal driving record, and go take a voluntary online driver
safety course.  I ended up getting the charge reduced to a $75 ticket,
driving without an operator's license.  So no jail time and no heavy
fines, unless you count the lawyer fee.

license.
