Makes me feel dirty but now there is TopText and SmartTags.  Fortunately
this abomination only works with IE, unfortunately IE is pretty much the
best (and certainly the most widely used) browser out there.

Anyway if you have a web site and don't want some third party to be able
to insert paid advertising links *into* your site (at least as far as the
viewer is concerned), you might like this HTML tag.
