47?! Gimme a break... I submitted a nicely worded and intellegent response,
and I'm sure thousands of others did too. I thought the Tunney Act requires
a full disclosure. I can see limiting the spam and crank emails, but I
wonder how they justified publishing less than 0.1 %

Ashcroft has been critized lately for not recusing himself from the 
process because of the amount of contributions his failed run for 
governor got from M$:
