Sorry for the PDF but I have yet to figure out how to convert PDF's to
text files.  The only way I know of is Google, and it didn't appear to
have this PDF cached yet.

Hi Adam,

As you're probably aware, a law firm in NZ has laid a complaint regarding MS' 
intended Software Assurance program with the Commerce Commission.  One 
of the lawyers there has written a letter to MS users explaining the 
background to their actions and the issues they see with Software 
Assurance.  They also make some interesting observations about the MS 
future.  Kinda long, but I thought it was pretty interesting :)  Somewhat 
ironically, the original file was a Word document.
