it's still quiet and teresa and i are still travelling.  we ended up in
amsterdamn though we hadn't actually planned on coming here on this trip.
i've been totally impressed with the dutch, after always being told that
they were rude and pushy i've found them to be amoung the most friendly
people we've met.  on the down side of the three days we've been here
teresa was sick for a full day and yesterday while smoking with my hand
partly out the window the huge fucking wooden window fell without a sound
onto my hand, squirting it out like a lemon pip.

i screamed like a little girl cause it hurt.  so it's now roughly
pomegranate colour and shape and hurts like a bitch.  on the plus side
we're spending another day here and once i'm done typing this message
we've off to see the van gogh museum and maybe the anne frank haus
depending on time.

hopefully i'll get some pictures online soon, but finding computers with
pcmica or usb has prooved surprisingly challenging.  tomorrow we head for
strasbourg.
