you can use the "allintitle" tag to search for documents which have 
something *only* in the title of the html document.

needing to try it, and having nothing particular to search for i typed in

   allintitle: "butt monkey"

which lead me to:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=allintitle%3A+%22ass+monkey%22&btnG=Google+Search

which lead me here:
