[wordup] ADMINISTRIVIA: yikes, the barrage of posts

hey guys.

it appears that messages have been getting stuck in the mailman queue 
and that this causes the long silences and then the deluge of posts when 
i restart the mailman service or reboot the server.

i've upgraded the software and hopefully this will solve the problem. 
in the mean time if people would let me know if/when this happens i'll 
try and keep a closer eye on things.
