So there's a lot of, in fact a whole-lott-a, community goodness going 
on right now.  It's really really cool.  People publishing content and 
software under public licenses just cause they wanna.  People writing 
software and maintaining servers out of the goodness of their heart.  
All of this made possible by the fact that people did little things 
like write legal licenses and stand up for what they thought was right.

This kicks ass, and here's a small sampling of some of the cool stuff
