The last thing I see when I'm leaving the Supermarket is the donations
bin for a local food bank.

The problem is that I?m leaving the supermarket, and haven?t bought
anything extra to put in the food bank.

Everything in my trolley is needed, nothing spare to give away! And
it?s too far to go all the way around the Supermarket again to pick up
any extra items!

Wouldn?t it be great if there was some reminder on your way around the
Supermarket ? right next to those products that are most useful to Food
Banks?? As you walk past everyday items like tinned food, cereal, rice
and pasta there?s a reminder hanging right there:

I know I would pick up something extra.?? Imagine if everybody who
could? did!

Simply because they were reminded.

With such a little effort, such a big difference could be made.? By
constantly reminding people that foodbanks exist, we have an
opportunity to address the causes that have them be necessary in the
first place.

I?m inviting you to be part of the ?Buy an Extra? campaign to transform
contributions to food banks around New Zealand.
