i got two of the urls wrong.  please replace "strag" with "lfjokes".  the
urls below are correct.

one of the best is built in archiving and that members can directly
control their own subscription information via a web interface.  if you
want to change the way you are subscribed to lfjokes please visit:

	http://lists.spack.org/mailman/options/lfjokes/

and put your email address at the end of the url, like this:

	http://lists.spack.org/mailman/options/lfjokes/larry@spack.org

the new list archives are available at:

	http://lists.spack.org/pipermail/lfjokes/

finally this upgrade solves the problems frog has been having with posting
so you should be hearing from him more often!  yay!
