     American people. 
  ...every time he smirks. 
  ...every time he talks about "changing the tone". 
  ...every time he mentions tax cuts. 
  ...every time he gets that puzzled look on his face. 
  ...every time he utters the phrase "honor and dignity." 
  ...every time he makes that suspicious-looking sniffle. 

Take two drinks...

  ...every time he talks about education. 
  ...every time he mispronounces a world leader's name. 
  ...every time he mixes up the names of two countries. 
  ...every time he mispronounces any given word. 
  ...every time he talks about his "youthful indiscretions". 
  ...every time he talks about his record in Texas.
